Tasty Multiseed Bread

Recently we have introduced a multiseed loaf, which is becoming more and more popular with our wholesale customers and the visitors to Biggleswade market on a Saturday.

Multiseed Bread is a delicious combination of pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds, combined with wheat bran and oat flakes to give a tasty, darker style bread with extra bite and a coarse, open texture.

In addition to the great taste it has a low glycaemic index (GI) which means it breaks down slowly in digestion and releases its glucose over a longer period.
